dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo trata acerca de la regulación que otorga el Código Civil alemán, respecto del derecho de opción del acreedor (mal llamado condición resolutoria tácita). En este, se analiza la opinión de algunos autores germanos. Lo relevante, es que esta regulación puede ser tenida a la vista en una futura reforma al derecho chileno de las obligaciones.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis article deals with the regulation provided by the German Civil Code, regarding the right of option of the creditor (wrongly called tacit resolutely condition). In this, the opinion of some German authors is analyzed. What is relevant is that this regulation can be seen in a future reform of the Chilean law of obligations.
