The Gabriela Mistral University Library has developed the following Academic Repository in order to preserve, disseminate and make available the full-text contents of the academic production developed by the different actors in the academic and research field of the University.

dc.description.abstractLa inexistencia del acto jurídico constituye un concepto principalmente doctrinario que genera múltiples debates en la práctica jurídica actual. Nuestro ordenamiento jurídico no regula dicha institución en forma expresa, generando polémica sobre su procedencia en nuestros tribunales. El presente artículo tendrá por objeto examinar la teoría de la inexistencia, su tratamiento en nuestra doctrina y la importancia práctica de esta, reflexionando sobre la figura de esta institución y su necesidad o redundancia en el Código Civil Chileno.es_ES
