dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo da cuenta de la experiencia desarrollada en torno al proyecto de innovación académica, adjudicado por la carrera de Educación Diferencial, centrado en poner de manifiesto la inquietud sobre la existencia o no de prácticas universitarias inclusivas, extendiendo su interrogante a la labor de todos los docentes. Lo anterior en el contexto del modelo formativo basado en competencias de la Universidad Central de Chile, y del particular sello de la inclusión como motor del desarrollo humano, hoy en día entendido más allá de la educación especial, la formación de profesores diferenciales y las necesidades especiales, es decir, ampliando la perspectiva sobre la atención a la diversidad de estudiantes y el ejercicio real de acceder y progresar en todos los niveles del sistema educativo. La propuesta apostó por iniciar la experiencia a través de la participación de estudiantes y docentes de Educación Diferencial y Terapia ocupacional, con quienes se conformó una comunidad profesional de aprendizaje, que junto a las referencias nacionales e internacionales dieron como fruto, una guía con orientaciones ligadas a las prácticas universitarias inclusivas para profesores de distintas carreras. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | This article gives an account of the experience developed around the project of academic innovation, awarded by the career of Differential Education, focused on showing the concern about the existence or not of inclusive university practices, extending its question to the work of all the teachers. The foregoing in the context of the competency-based training model of the Central University of Chile, and the particular stamp of inclusion as an engine of human development, nowadays understood beyond special education, the formation of differential teachers and the needs special, that is, expanding the perspective on attention to the diversity of students and the real exercise of access and progress at all levels of the education system. The proposal opted to know the experience of students and teachers in the career of differential education and occupational therapy, collecting national and international references to bear fruit, a guide with guidelines linked to inclusive teaching practices for teachers of different University program.
