The Gabriela Mistral University Library has developed the following Academic Repository in order to preserve, disseminate and make available the full-text contents of the academic production developed by the different actors in the academic and research field of the University.

dc.description.abstractThis article reports on research conducted in 2012-2013 that was intended to know the work of community action developed in Roquetes neighborhood, in the city of Barcelona, within the knowledge sharing network Nou Barrus and how from these exchanges it has contributed in generating social ties that contributed to the creation of a local political space.
