The Gabriela Mistral University Library has developed the following Academic Repository in order to preserve, disseminate and make available the full-text contents of the academic production developed by the different actors in the academic and research field of the University.

dc.description.abstractEn el proceso de globalización que se vive hoy en economía mundial, las empresas requieren de servicios tecnológicos eficientes para sobrevivir. Es por esta razón que la tendencia de los últimos años ha sido la de adquirir un Entreprice Resource Planning (ERP) para mantenerse competitivos. La necesidad de construir aplicaciones, al mismo tiempo que cambian y aparecen nuevos requisitos, está obligando a las organizaciones, como Crystalis Consulting (que se dedican al desarrollo de aplicaciones), el replantear la forma en que gestionan sus proyectos de software. Es por esta razón que este trabajo pretende demostrar que gestionando de manera ágil, utilizando SCRUM como metodología de desarrollo, se pueden lograr resultados de calidad en entornos inestables donde se requiere flexibilidad y calidad en el producto final, cumpliendo con los plazos y presupuesto comprometidos.es_ES
