dc.description.abstractEste trabajo es un primer nivel de análisis del material cualitativo generado en base a entrevistas de coordinadores y estudiantes de Centros de Educación Integrados de Adultos, CEIA. Instituciones que forman parte de una modalidad de Educación de Adultos, EDA, que impulsa el Ministerio de Educación. El objetivo es describir las características de esta modalidad y comparar algunos rasgos centrales en relación a la experiencia escolar de sus estudiantes. El foco está puesto en las vivencias de los actores escolares y en cómo ellos las significan. Los ejes de análisis que articulan el artículo son: características generales de los estudiantes; itinerarios educativos; trayectorias sociales de los estudiantes; iv) procesos de abandono del sistema educativo formal; percepciones sobre el centro educativo, y; opiniones sobre el futuro.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThis article is a first-level analysis of the qualitative material generated through interviews with coordinators and students from Education Integrated Centers for Adults, which are driven by the l\/linistry of Education. The objective is to describe the characteristics of this education method and compare some of the core traits in relation to students' experiences. The focus is on the experiences of all educational participants and on how they assess them. The analysis core ideasthat organize this article are: general characteristics of students, educationalitineraries, social trajectories of students, process of dropping out from the formal education system, perceptions on the educative center, and opinions about the future.
