The Gabriela Mistral University Library has developed the following Academic Repository in order to preserve, disseminate and make available the full-text contents of the academic production developed by the different actors in the academic and research field of the University.

dc.description.abstractEl siguiente artículo postula una reflexión a partir de la dificultad que presentan algunos docentes en mantener un ambiente de trabajo de aula que permita, por un lado la educación y formación de valores, y por otro, el aprendizaje de contenidos mínimos, todo esto necesario para alcanzar la realización personal de los alumnos. La esencia de la reflexión radica en el hecho de que son los alumnos los que, paulatinamente acomodan los hechos conductuales a sus necesidades o requerimientos no permitien- do que actúe la institución educacional. Con el aporte de distintos filósofos y educadores que de alguna manera han intervenido fortaleciendo los principios de la educación.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present article proposes a reflection from the difficulty that some teachers have when maintaining a classroom environment conductive not only to education and value formation but also to learning of minimum contents. These elements are critical to achieve personal fulfillment of students. The reflections focus on the fact that students are the ones who, gradually, adapt the behavioral events to fit their needs or requirements, thus preventing the educational organization to act. With the contribution of different philosophers and teachers, who have somevvhat strengthened the principles of education with their work.
