The Gabriela Mistral University Library has developed the following Academic Repository in order to preserve, disseminate and make available the full-text contents of the academic production developed by the different actors in the academic and research field of the University.

dc.description.abstractEl Síndrome de Burnout, o síndrome de quemarse por dentro, presenta un cuadro sintomático que se manifiesta como una persistente sensación de fracaso, agotamiento y estrés, de manera que se transforma en un trastorno que afecta de manera importante la vida social y laboral del sujeto. La autoestima por una parte, como concepto, hace alusión al nivel de satisfacción que una persona posee consigo mismo, o la valorización que tiene el sujeto sobre sí mismo. El siguiente estudio pretende establecer una correlación entre ambas variables, utilizando como muestra a alumnos y profesores de un colegio de enseñanza básica.es_ES
