dc.description.abstractEl propósito del siguiente estudio es conocer cuáles son las dificultades que se presentan en el desarrollo de la práctica profesional de la Universidad UCINF, que obstaculizan los procesos reflexivos que lleven a planteamientos y desafíos pedagógicos, donde los estudiantes sean protagonistas de su propio proceso y logren proponer ajustes y alternativas de mejora a su quehacer pedagógico. Se realizó un estudio cualitativo con entrevistas semiestructuradas como escalas Likert y focus group. La muestra de este estudio la conformaron alumnas en práctica profesional de la Universidad UCINF, profesores guía de los centros de práctica y supervisores de la misma Universidad. Los resultados muestran que los alumnos identifican como barreras la alta carga académica en el último año, y remiten no sentirse familiarizados con la reflexión de sus propias elaboraciones.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the following study is to know what difficulties arise in the development of the professional practice at the UCINF University, which hinder the reflexive processes that lead to pedagogical approaches and challenges, where the students are protagonists of their own process and achieve adjustments and alternatives to improve their pedagogical work. A qualitative study was conducted with semi-structured interviews such as Likert and focus group scales. The sample of this study was made up of students in professional practice at the UCINF University, guide teachers of the practice centers and supervisors of the same university. Results show that students identify as barriers high academic load in the last year and remit not to feel familiar with the reflection of their own elaborations.
