dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo pretende exponer cuáles han sido las diversas posturas acerca del sentido de cada uno de los requisitos que merecen dudas en la norma contenida en el inciso tercero del artículo 55 de la Ley de Matrimonio Civil, cuáles han sido los criterios en la jurisprudencia a la luz del estudio de sentencias relevantes de las Cortes de Apelaciones y Corte Suprema, contrastándolo con las opiniones contenidas en la historia de la ley y la doctrina.
dc.description.abstractThis paper intends to expose the positions on the meaning of each one of the requirements that deserve doubts of article 55 third paragraph of the legal regulation of Civil Marriage: which have been the criteria in relevant rulings of Courts of Appeal and Supreme Court, contrasting them with the views contained in the legislative history and legal doctrine.
