| es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This article is a theoretical review of the concept of hegemonic masculinity, from Bourdieu, Connell and Demetrious, proposals about gender inequality and male domination. These authors focus on the underlying social mechanisms that make a specific form of masculine hegemony, which is installed as a dominant social dynamic, no through imposition but form social consent. In this sense, the notion of hegemonic masculinity can articulate the ways in which gender inequality is installed as an everyday undetectable social practice. | |
