The Gabriela Mistral University Library has developed the following Academic Repository in order to preserve, disseminate and make available the full-text contents of the academic production developed by the different actors in the academic and research field of the University.

dc.description.abstractEl proyecto consiste en evaluar técnica y económicamente el impacto que tendría la implementación de un nuevo canal de ventas a través de E-Commerce para tiendas Juan Valdez. Se tomará la tienda descrita en el párrafo anterior y se extrapolarán los resultados al total de la organización. Para determinar la industria donde pertenece Juan Valdez, se debe analizar la industria de Restaurantes, debido a que en Chile la industria de Cafeterías no está desarrollada, por este motivo, se analizará como una sub-industria dentro de la Industria Restaurantes, denominada como “Sub Industria de Cafetería”. Así, ambos servicios, Juan Valdez a todo Chile y Juan Valdez desde las tiendas, comparten la misma plataforma web y app, un carro de compra único y lo que los diferencia es el surtido y la logística.es_ES
