The Gabriela Mistral University Library has developed the following Academic Repository in order to preserve, disseminate and make available the full-text contents of the academic production developed by the different actors in the academic and research field of the University.

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tiene como finalidad ver la factibilidad económicоfinanciera, de instalar un molino de trigo en la zona de Florida en VIII Región, dada la falencia existente de este tipo de industria en la zona. La idea se gesta a partir de la posibilidad de aprovechar ciertas oportunidades estratégicas, que hacen deseable el formar un molino en una zona cercana a Concepción, tercera ciudad más importante del país. El molino El Puelche pretende, dada su ubicación en la VIII Región, utilizar la mayor cantidad posible de mano de obra e insumos presentes en la zona, cumpliendo así la función social de brindar empleo y un mejor standard de vida para los pobladores, contribuyendo así al desarrollo de la Región.
