The Gabriela Mistral University Library has developed the following Academic Repository in order to preserve, disseminate and make available the full-text contents of the academic production developed by the different actors in the academic and research field of the University.

dc.description.abstractEstas reflexiones están inspiradas por el libro de Gilbert Keith Chesterton que lleva por título "la Superstición del divorcio”'. Ellas no agotan el contenido del libro, por supuesto. Me alegro de que la Parroquia Universitaria de Concepción lo haya redescubierto y agradezco al Padre Agostino la invitación a conversar, a partir de los argumentos de este inteligente autor inglés, sobre este tema el divorcio que, desde su época, se ha ido convirtiendo en un problema moral grave que afecta especialmente a los países de antigua cultura cristiana, y que hoy se plantea urgentemente en Chile. Mis reflexiones, evidentemente, tendrán presente la discusión sobre el divorcio que hoy se lleva entre nosotros, lo que no será muy difícil, dado que los argumentos que hoy se esgrimen en su favor son los mismos sustancialmente que los que se esgrimían en tiempos de Chesterton.es_ES
