The Gabriela Mistral University Library has developed the following Academic Repository in order to preserve, disseminate and make available the full-text contents of the academic production developed by the different actors in the academic and research field of the University.

dc.description.abstractLa presente memoría expone la formulación de un conjunto de usos mixtos, el que busca establecerse como una plataforma para el desarrollo y la integración del sector centro-poniente de Santiago, específicamente en la comuna de Quinta Normal. Con este fin, el proyecto se emplaza en lo que más adelante se define como el límite de la ciudad consolidada (Autopista Central General Velázquez), con la intención de convertirse en una zona de sutura que una las zonas consolidadas con las segregadas, dilatando sus límites. Todo esto integrado armónicamente desde su contexto más cercano (barrio gruta Lourdes y Parque Quinta Normal) hasta su contexto metropolitano (red metro y autopista).es_ES
