dc.description.abstractPor medio de este trabajo, queremos demostrar que esta nueva disciplina llamada "Bioética" ha alcanzado jerarquía internacional, de manera que puede hablarse ya de un Derecho Internacional de la Bioética, con Principios que le son propios. La Declaración Universal sobre Bioética y Derechos Humanos, aprobada por la Conferencia General de la Unesco el 19 de Octubre de 2005, utiliza el término "bioética" no sólo en su nombre, sino además, seis veces en sus Consideraciones preliminares y diez veces en el articulado mismo, reconociendo así tanto la existencia de esta nueva disciplina como su jerarquía.es_ES
