dc.description.abstractEl divorcio, que es uno de los modos mediante el cual fenece, jurídicamente, el matrimonio, desencadena un conjunto de importantes consecuencias jurídicas, tanto en lo que respecta a las personas que otrora fueron cónyuges entre sí, como en cuanto a los hijos procreados durante la vigencia del vínculo matrimonial. En el presente ensayo se pretende describir, el tratamiento legal, doctrinario y jurisprudencial que presenta el divorcio en el Derecho de Familia alemán, especialmente considerando las importantes reformas en materia de alimentos posmatrimoniales de comienzos de 2008.es_ES
