The Gabriela Mistral University Library has developed the following Academic Repository in order to preserve, disseminate and make available the full-text contents of the academic production developed by the different actors in the academic and research field of the University.

dc.description.abstractEl planteamiento para desarrollar un proyecto de Arquitectura, en este caso es determinar una comuna de Chile en la cual se reconozcan problemáticas que inciden en su desarrollo urbano y el funcionamiento adecuado y/o equilibrado. Esto puede ser a diferentes escalas (metropolitana, comunal, vecinal, etc.) La comuna de Cartagena, Chile ha sido seleccionada como el lugar a intervenir, es el lugar donde proponer un proyecto de Arquitectura que resuelva alguna problemática local, que sea viable y por supuesto un aporte real a la comuna y a sus habitantes.es_ES
