The Gabriela Mistral University Library has developed the following Academic Repository in order to preserve, disseminate and make available the full-text contents of the academic production developed by the different actors in the academic and research field of the University.

dc.description.abstractNumerosas investigaciones se han realizado en el campo de la educación matemática en los últimos años, para tratar de entender la dificultad mundial que representa para los alumnos aprender matemáticas. Sin lugar a dudas, el tema es complejo. Nadie lo sabe mejor que los que estamos a diario en esa labor. Afortunadamente, nace en Francia hacia fines de los años '80, una nueva disciplina, una ciencia: "Didáctica de las Matemáticas”. Ella se fundamenta en tres grandes pilares: la sicologÍa, la epistemología y, naturalmente, la matemática. De estos pilares, me he interesado en la Cognición Matemática, puesto que para mi trabajo, conocer cada vez más sobre ella, es muy provechoso.es_ES
