The Gabriela Mistral University Library has developed the following Academic Repository in order to preserve, disseminate and make available the full-text contents of the academic production developed by the different actors in the academic and research field of the University.

dc.description.abstractEn su mensaje el 10 de julio de 1994, Juan Pablo II advierte contra "la plaga del divorcio, por desgracia muy difundida”, la que, "aunque en muchos casos está legalizada, no deja por esto de representar una de las grandes derrotas de la civilización humana”.Es toda la doctrina de la fe, y la Tradición de la Iglesia, las que sostienen este juicio y este Magisterio Pontificio. Inequívocamente, la Iglesia ha afirmado siempre, junto a la monogamia, la perpetuidad del vínculo matrimonial (entre un hombre y una mujer), y su indisolubilidad. "La comunión conyugal se caracteriza no sólo por su unidad, sino también por su indisolubilidad", dice Juan Pablo II. Por su parte, San Agustín, al referir a la exigencia matrimonial de fidelidad, exhortaba a que fuera del vinculo conyugal, no se unan con otro o con otraes_ES
