The Gabriela Mistral University Library has developed the following Academic Repository in order to preserve, disseminate and make available the full-text contents of the academic production developed by the different actors in the academic and research field of the University.

dc.description.abstractTodo profesional que haya sostenido sobre sus hombros la responsabilidad de sacar adelante un proyecto, sabe que es un desafío complejo, en la que debe lidiar con innumerables obstáculos y problemas para obtener los objetivos esperados en cuanto a plazo, presupuesto, alcance y calidad. La hipótesis de ésta tesis está fundada en que el software Scriba no contempla todas las herramientas conceptuales del estándar PMBOK. Además, se sabe a ciencia cierta que la herramienta Scriba no tiene funcionalidades para Gestión de Portafolios, por lo tanto, este trabajo permitirá que Scriba cumpla con los estándares del PMI.es_ES
